摘　　要：从精细化管理体系建设、信息化手段、节能增效、成本控制、PDCA管理工具等方面对医院后勤精细化管理实践进行了探讨。通过实施精细化管理,医院后勤工作制度更加健全,工作流程日趋规范,工作效率提高,职工综合满意度提升,后勤运行成本明显下降。This paper discusses the detailed management of hospital logistics from the aspects of refined management system construction,information means,energy saving and efficiency increasing,cost control and PDCA management tools. Through the implementation of refined management,hospital logistics w ork system is more perfect; w orking process more standardized; w orking efficiency improved; comprehensive satisfaction of the staff improved; and logistics operation cost obviously decreased.
