新时代大学文化软实力提升的思考

摘　　要：党的十九大向世人宣告中国特色社会主义已进入新时代,这意味着我国大学也进入了新时代。要提升大学文化软实力,一是要科学理解大学文化软实力的内涵;二是准确把握新时代大学文化软实力的基本特征;三是在新时代提升大学文化软实力要做到"五个坚持"。The Communist Party of China（CPC） has declared in the 19 th CPC National Congress that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which means that our universities have also entered a new era. To enhance the soft power of university culture, first of all, we should understand the soft power of university culture; then understand the basic characteristics of college culture soft power; finally, to answer the question of how to enhance the soft power of university culture in the new era, we should practice the so-called ＂five persistence＂.
