摘 要:为实现对高速精密轧制金属的板厚监测,设计了一套基于Lab VIEW的板厚监测系统。首先采用线性激光CCD传感器阵列组成板厚检测仪作为采集终端,通过CAN总线网络将板厚检测设备连接至上位机监测系统,最后将采集的板厚数据在Lab VIEW平台上进行处理分析。系统能够实现数据的实时采集、数据存储、实时显示功能。实验证明系统精度较高,成本低,具有一定实用性。In order to realize the plate thickness monitoring of high-speed precision rolled metal,a thickness monitoring system based on Lab VIEW was designed.Firstly,a plate thickness detector as an acquisition terminal was composed by linear laser CCD sensors array.Then the thickness detection equipment was connected to upper machine monitoring system using CAN bus network.Finally the thickness data was processed and analyzed on the Lab VIEW platform.The system can realize the functions of real-time data acquisition,data storage and flatness display function. The experiment results show that it has high precision,low cost and practicability.
