摘 要:二化螟是我国水稻上危害最为严重的常发性害虫之一,由于常年防治水稻二化螟以化学农药为主,不但污染了环境,影响了稻米质量,还导致二化螟抗药性的产生。为探索生物农药短稳杆菌对水稻二化螟的防治效果,特进行了多点试验与示范。试验结果表明:生物农药100亿孢子/m L短稳杆菌对水稻二化螟的防治效果较好,每公顷用量1 500 m L平均防效85%以上,可与48%毒死蜱、20%氯虫苯甲酰胺等化学农药媲美,可在水稻二化螟的防治中广泛推广应用。Rice-stem borer is one of the most harmful l pests of rice in China. The use of chemical pesticides on controlling rice-stem borer perennially not only polluted the environment, but also affected the quality of rice products, and so the rice-stem borer had produced resistance to chemical pesticides. In order to explore the effects of biological pesticide Empedobacter brevis on the control of rice-stem borer, multi-point experiments and demonstration were carried out. The test results showed that the biological pesticide 10 billion spores/m L of Empedobacter brevis had good control over rice-stem borer. Using 1500 m L of Empedobacter brevis in every hm 2 rice fields had more than 85% control effect, which was comparable to that of chemical pesticides such as 48% chlorpyrifos, 20% chlorodiphenamide, etc. Thus, Empedobacter brevis can be widely used in the prevention and control of rice-stem borer on rice.
