摘　　要：目的:调查静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture service,PIVAS)工作过程中存在的职业危害,提出降低职业危害的措施。方法:自行设计调查问卷,记录潍坊医学院附属医院PIVAS所有药学人员2016年上半年职业危害的种类和次数,针对结果提出改进建议并采取防护措施,再记录2016年下半年职业危害的种类和次数,并与上半年数据进行比较。结果:2016年上半年和下半年发生职业危害次数分别为190次和71次,下半年出现的职业危害次数明显少于上半年。结论:加强医疗安全知识教育和培训,提高药学人员对职业危害的认识。建立规范化的操作管理制度及流程,是降低PIVAS职业危害发生的重要措施。Objective：To investigate occupational hazards in the working process of pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）and put forward measures to reduce occupational hazards.Methods：A questionnaire was designed for the study.The types and rates of occupational hazards involving all the pharmaceutical personnel in PIVAS of the hospital in the first half of 2016 were recorded,and based on the obtained results,suggestions for improvement were made and protective measures were adopted.Then,the types and rates of occupational hazards that occurred in the second half of the year were again recorded and analyzed.Finally,the data of the second half of the year were compared with those of the first half of the year.Results：The numbers of occupational hazards that occurred in the first and second halves of the year were respectively 190 and71.The number of occupational hazards in the second half of the year was obviously lower than that of the first half of the year.Conclusion：Education and training of medical safety should be strengthened and awareness of pharmaceutical personnel on occupational hazards should be intensified.Establishment of regular handling and management systems is an essential measure for the reduction of occupational hazards in PIVAS.
