摘　　要：传统风貌小镇是我国多元地域文化的重要载体,当前普遍受到资本主导的更新活动的强烈冲击,传统风貌与社会生态易遭受建设性破坏。在新型城镇化背景下,从资本开发走向人文行动的渐进式更新行动是解决问题的重要途径,即在保护原住民利益、传承特色文化和传统空间风貌的基础上,通过注入多元功能、选择和建设更新触媒空间,建立可持续发展的渐进式空间生长路径;通过搭建多方参与平台、建立区域平衡协调机制和划分更新单元等实施策略,使参与更新的各方达成共赢目标,增强了行动方案的可操作性。基于此,文章结合湖南省汨罗市新市镇旧区更新实践,对传统风貌小镇渐进式更新行动理论的应用进行了有益探索。Small towns with traditional features are important carriers of diverse local cultures. Under the impact of capital driven urban renewal, traditional townscape and social ecology is inclined to be destroyed by construction. In new urbanization, a progressive approach that turns capital driven development towards humanistic action is important to urban renewal. The progressive renewal approach preserves native residents＇ benefits, traditional culture and towsnscape, introduces multiple functions, builds renewal catalyst spaces, and paves the path of sustainable progressive spatial growth. Other measures like participatory platform, regional balance and coordination mechanism, and renewal unit division have helped achieve win-win results for different stakeholders and have improved the feasibility of action plan. The progressive renewal theory is practiced in the case of Xinshi old district renewal, Miluo city.
