摘　　要：本文对现代舰载雷达主要技术指标及相应测试方法进行了梳理归纳,并针对ATE硬件及软件测试平台的总体框架进行了设计,适应舰载雷达装备分布式布置的特征,实现了测试系统的开放性、可扩展性、可移植性和通用性。In this paper, the main technical indicators and corresponding testing methods of modern shipborne radar are summarized, the overall framework of ATE hardware and software testing platform is designed, and Characteristics of distributed arrangement adapted to shipborne radar equipment, the openness, extensibility portability and generality of the test system are realized.
