摘 要:卷扬式长冲程抽油机是为了满足油田开发工程中低液量油井的生产需要而研制的智能化采油装置,通过卷扬机来控制抽油机行程的卷扬式长冲程抽油机,冲程最大可达50m。采用以现代变频调速技术为基础的抽油机柔性控制技术,改善整机的运动特性及机械效率,实现了智能化采油。在标准模拟试验井上进行不同工况条件下的测试,对卷扬式长冲程抽油机在不同动液面条件下的泵效、系统效率、电机发电、吨液百米耗电等性能进行评价,为其在今后的生产实际中的推广应用提供依据。The long-stroke pumping unit is an intelligent oil recovery device developed to meet the production needs of low-volume oil wells in oilfield development projects.The winch long-stroke pumping unit,which controls the pumping unit travel through a hoist,can stroke up to 50 m.Adopting the flexible control technology of the pumping unit based on the modern frequency conversion speed regulation technology,the movement characteristics and mechanical efficiency of the complete machine are improved and the intelligent oil recovery is achieved.By conducting tests under different working conditions in standard simulated test wells,the pump efficiency,system efficiency,motor power generation,and the tons of liquid 100 meters power consumption performance are all evaluated.The research provides a valuable reference for the promotion and application in the future production practice.
