摘  要:板北油田不加热集油的关键问题是凝油黏壁导致的集油管道摩阻上升以及井口回压上升。通过建立能够模拟集油管道管流剪切的搅拌流模拟装置,针对80%的高含水原油进行了实验研究。结果发现,80%高含水原油的起始黏壁温度为17.5℃,低于原油凝点2.5℃,该温度可作为不加热集油的热力边界条件。采用PipePhase计算软件建模,以集油温度不低于17.5℃为依据,分析发现板北油田可进行不加热集油。The key factor determining the feasibility of the gathering pipelines operated without heating in Banbei oilfield is the crude oil gel deposition,which can increase the pipeline pressure drop as well as the wellhead pressure.A stirring flow experimental apparatus was developed to simulate the flowing of oil-water mixture in the gathering pipeline.The experimental research was carried out objected on the oil-water water of 8 0% water cut.The starting temperature of crude oil gel deposition was determined to be 1 7.5 ℃,which was 2.5 ℃ lower than the gel point of crude oil.This starting temperature can be used as the thermal boundary condition to determine whether the gathering pipelines can be unheated operated.Using the PipePhase simulation,it was found out that the crude oil temperature was higher than 1 7.5℃,which provided the possibility for the gathering pipelines to be operated without heating in Banbei oilfield.
