摘  要:急性一氧化碳中毒在我国是急性中毒死亡的最主要原因,深入研究一氧化碳中毒对脑部的伤害意义重大。本文重点讨论新的磁共振成像技术,磁共振弥散加权成像、弥散张量成像、扩散峰度成像、磁共振频谱、化学交换饱和转移成像等在进行早期诊断及评估一氧化碳中毒脑病预后,指导临床治疗的应用价值方面进行综述。In China, acute carbon monoxide poisoning is still the main cause of death resulted from in acute poisoning. It is of great significance to investigate the brain damage caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. This paper mainly discussed the new techniques of magnetic resonance imaging such as diffusion weighted imaging(DWI), diffusion tensor imaging(DTI), diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI), magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS), and chemical exchange saturation transfer imaging(CEST), and the applications of them in the early diagnosis, prognosis of brain damages resulted from carbon monoxide poisoning, as well as in clinical treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning.
