摘 要:为掌握海水电导率对舰船水下腐蚀相关电场等效场源强度的影响,首先在实验室中模拟舰船船壳、螺旋桨、海洋环境、外加电流阴极保护系统,并通过外加电流使防护对象处于恒定保护电位;然后,在模拟船壳的不同涂层状态下改变海水电导率,分别测量流至船壳、螺旋桨的防腐电流及总的保护电流;最后,对测量结果进行了分析。结果表明:舰船腐蚀相关静态电场等效场源强度是近似正比于海水电导率的。实验研究结果为舰船腐蚀相关电场等效场源的确定及场的推演换算奠定了基础。In order to master the effects of seawater conductivity on the equivalent field strength of the corrosion related electric field,the hull,propeller of vessels,marine environment and cathodic current protection system are simulated in the laboratory,and through the impressed current,the hull and propeller is at a constant protection potential.And then in different coating states,the total current at different seawater conductivities and the anti-corrosion current to the hull and propeller are measured by changing the seawater conductivity.Through the analysis of the measurement results,the change rule of the equivalent field strength of the static electric field related to the corrosion of the vessels with the seawater conductivity is researched.The experimental results lay a foundation for the determination of equivalent electric field source and the deduction of the corrosion related electric field of vessels.
