摘 要:以三边形型面连接为分析对象,使用几何作图法、参数作图法对型面进行了建模;用初始位移法和直接位移法分析了型面连接从间隙配合到过盈的过程,用阻尼法实现了型面连接从正转到反转过程。针对具体的算例,型面连接的钢材硬度建议取为35~45HRC,退出力矩不宜超过28kN·m,按此结果设计的型面连接轴系运行状态良好。由此表明:初始位移法、直接位移法以及阻尼法是解决有刚体位移接触问题的有效方法,特别是遇到一些不能通过平移调整接触条件来解决接触问题时,采用上述方法优势更突出。Taking triangular surface connection as the analytic object,a model is established by geometric mapping method and parameter mapping method.The surface connection in transition process from clearance fit to interference fit is analyzed through initial displacement method and direct displacement method.In addition,the transition process of surface connection from forward to reverse is realized by damping method.Based on the calculation,the steel hardness of the surface connection is suggested to be 35~45 HRC and the quitting torque should not exceed 28 kN·m.The surface connection shaft designed according to these suggestions can be running in good operation condition.The analysis result shows that the initial displacement method,the direct displacement method and the damping method are effective in solving the movement contact problem of rigid body.In some cases,when changing the translation adjustment conditions does not work,three methods mentioned could be a better choice to solve the contact problem.
