摘 要:为研究阻拦装置中滑轮缓冲器的阻尼特性,首先建立了滑轮缓冲器的运动学和动力学模型;然后,针对MK7型阻拦装置滑轮缓冲器存在的不足,提出了将变阻尼液压缓冲器应用于舰载机阻拦装置;最后,基于Matlab软件对MK7型滑轮缓冲器和变阻尼滑轮缓冲器进行了仿真和对比分析。结果表明:变阻尼滑轮缓冲器与舰载机冲击载荷的适配性好、峰均比小。在相同工况下,舰载机的减加速度降低了28.3%,变阻尼滑轮缓冲器的阻拦索张力相比于MK7型滑轮缓冲器阻拦索张力降低了25.7%。In order to study the damping characteristics of sheave damper of arresting gear,the kinematics and dynamics model of sheave damper is established.Aiming at the shortcomings of sheave dampers of MK7 type arresting gear,a new type of various damping hydraulic buffer system is presented.The simulation and analysis of MK7 type sheave dampers and various damping sheave dampers are carried out based on Matlab.The results show that the various damping sheave dampers have better adaptability with load and smaller peak to average ratio.Under the same condition,the simulation result shows that the reduction of acceleration of aircraft is reduced by 28.3%.Moreover,the damping cable tension of the various damping sheave dampers is reduced by 25.7%,compared with that of the MK7 type sheave damper.
