摘　　要：张家口作为2022年北京冬奥会的联合申办城市,现今正在全力推进冬奥会筹办工作,相较于硬件方面的发展,软实力方面仍需极大地提升,尤其是在城市文明创建的过程中,仍有部分市民文明素养严重缺失,不文明现象屡见不鲜,直接影响文明城市的形象。重点分析张家口市民文明素养的现状及形成原因,并提出申奥背景下提升市民文明素养的相应对策。As one of the two hosting cities of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,Zhangjiakou is now going all out for the preparation of this Winter Olympic Games. Compared with the development of hardwares,softwares need to be improved urgently.The uncivilized phenomena damage the city ＇s image. This paper lays emphasis on the status quo of Zhangjiakou citizens ＇civilization accomplishment,makes analysis of its causes and puts forward the countermeasures.
