摘　　要：新时代科学培育社会主义核心价值观,有效发挥核心价值观的引领作用、示范功能、德育价值、导向机制,对于引导青年大学生坚定中国道路,牢记中国使命,弘扬中国精神,实现中国梦想具有重要意蕴。作为青年大学生思想引领的主力军,高校共青团应从强化"思想引领机制、文化熏陶机制、应用实践机制、制度保障机制、联动培育机制"五位一体的角度,协同推动社会主义核心价值观的"三落"和"三化"。In the new era,fostering the socialist core values and effectively giving play to the leading role of core values,demonstration functions,moral values and guiding mechanisms are of great significance in guiding young college students to firmly persevere in China,bearing in mind the mission of China,carrying forward China＇s spirits and realizing the Chinese dream. As the main force leading the thinking of young college students,the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should work together to promote the ＂ three falls＂ of the socialist core values from the perspective of strengthening the five-in-one perspective of ＂ leading thought-guiding mechanism,cultural influence mechanism,practical application mechanism,institutional guarantee mechanism and linkage cultivation mechanism＂ and ＂ three changes. ＂
