云南松毛虫在广安市柏木林区的发生规律及生物防治研究

摘　　要：近几年,云南松毛虫在四川地区柏木上的危害呈逐年上升趋势,为了有效的防治该害虫,本项目组于2015年3月至2016年12月对广安市前锋区云南松毛虫在柏木上的发生规律进行了调查,并在大发生期进行生物防治,调查其防治效果。结果发现,云南松毛虫在广安市前锋区柏木林上1年发生1代,翌年3月越冬卵开始孵化,幼虫盛发期为5—6月,10月下旬为羽化盛期,羽化后交配产卵越冬;其发生强弱与坡向无明显相关关系。混合使用球孢白僵菌和烟碱·苦参碱对云南松毛虫进行防治,其短期防治效果达50%以上,且有一定的长期防治作用。研究结果可为云南松毛虫的有效防治提供参考。In recent years,the harm of Dendrolimus houi Lajonquiere in Sichuan has become more serious. In order to prevent this kind of pest effectively,the project team had conducted an investigation to the occurrence regularity of D. houi from March 2015 to December 2016. Biological control measures had been taken to examine its control efficiency during the outbreak period. The results show that D. houi occurrs once a year. Its hibernating eggs begin to hatch in March of the next year. The larva period is about 5 ~ 6 months and the peak of adult emergence is in late October. After the adult is mated,the eggs will overwinter. There is no obvious correlation between the strength of occurrence and the slope. The control efficiency of mixed-use of beauveria bassiana and nicotine matrine is more than 50%,exerting a long-term protective effect. All the results could provide a reference for the effective prevention and cure of D. houi in Sichuan Province.
