摘 要:基于Deform-3D软件建立了楔横轧无料头热剪切制坯的有限元模型,在分析了热剪切制坯过程中端部堆料产生原因的基础上,采用正交试验的方法,分析了棒料剪切温度、剪切摩擦系数和刀具径向进给速度对端部堆料的影响,结果表明剪切温度和剪切速度对端部堆料的影响显著,摩擦系数对端部堆料有一定影响,且端部堆料随着剪切温度、剪切速度和摩擦系数的增加而减小.进而以端部堆料值最小为目标,在考虑加工效率、生产成本和设备能耗的情况下,优选出了一组最佳工艺参数.该研究结果为完善楔横轧无料头热剪切制坯工艺,实现无料头楔横轧提供了工程应用依据和技术支持.The finite element model of the end stack in hot shear blank forming without stub bar for cross wedge rolling was established in Deform-3 D software. Based on the analysis on the forming mechanism of the end stack in the process of hot shear blank forming, the influences of different cutting temperatures, shear friction coefficients and cutting tool radial feed speeds on end stack were analyzed by the method of orthogonal experiment. The results shows that the cutting temperature and cutting tool radial feed speeds have significant influence on the values of end stack, and the shear friction coefficients has a certain influence on values of end stacking. The values of end stacking decreases with the increase of cutting temperatures, shear friction coefficients and cutting tool radial feed speeds. Taking processing efficiency, production cost and equipment energy consumption into consideration, a set of technological parameters were identified with the objective of producing the least amount of end stack. The research in this paper will provide engineering application and technical support for the integrity of the technology of hot shear blank forming and realization of cross wedge rolling without stub bar.
