摘 要:剩余污泥经曝气处理可以提高胞外聚合物(EPS)的产量并用于污染物絮凝,但曝气对具体EPS组分和污泥脱水能力的影响尚不明确.本研究分析了曝气对EPS分层组分、组分性质以及污泥脱水性能的影响.结果表明:曝气4 h后,EPS中蛋白、多糖和DNA分别增加82.67%、12.72%和9.18%,污泥比阻比原始污泥增加了4.01×107s2?g-1;相关性分析表明影响比阻的组分由大到小依次为:蛋白>多糖>DNA;EPS分层中Slime各组分减少,LB-EPS、TB-EPS各组分增加,且LB-EPS增加量大于TB-EPS,LB-EPS是影响比阻的主要物质;三维荧光数据显示:EPS分层中芳香蛋白对比阻的影响作用大于溶解性代谢产物.The yields of EPS can be increased after the excessively activated sludge is subjected to aeration treatment, and the EPS can be applied to flocculate pollutants. However, the effects of aeration on EPS components and sludge dewaterability remain unknown. The influences of aeration on the components of different layers, the components properties of EPS and the sludge dewaterability are investigated in this study. The results show that after aeration of 4 h, the specific resistance to filtration(SRF) of sludge increases by 4.01×107 s2·g-1 comparing with the original sludge; the contents of proteins, polysaccharides and DNA increase by 82.00%, 12.72% and 9.18%, respectively. Based on the correlation analysis, the order of correlations between EPS components and SRF is protein〉polysaccharide〉DNA. As for the different EPS layers, the components of Slime decrease while those of LB-EPS and TB-EPS increase. The content of LB-EPS increases within larger range than that of TB-EPS. LB-EPS is identified to be the main substance affecting the SRF. According to three-dimensional emission and excitation matrixes(EEM) results, the effect of aromatic protein on SRF is greater than soluble microbial products.
