摘  要:随着我国基础建设的日益完善及发展,各构筑物间交叉穿越不可避免。对于下穿既有铁路枢纽的施工,由于其客货运输繁重,且变形控制要求严格,施工风险大大增加。结合南水北调中线总干渠下穿石太铁路枢纽工程实例,针对工程地质条件复杂,下穿隧道埋深浅、跨度大、孔数多、净距小,且铁路运输繁忙,变形控制要求严格,施工风险高等特点,提出了综合采用φ500 mm超前夯管帷幕预支护、双层复合式衬砌、CRD工法、动态监控量测及线路加固等针对性措施。工程实践表明,地表沉降、轨道及隧道变形均得到了有效控制,保证了隧道施工安全及既有铁路正常运营安全,对同类工程有很好的参考价值。With the improvement and development of China's infrastructure construction,structure being crossed is inevitable.For the construction of structure under-passing through existing railway hub,the risks increase greatly due to busy transportation of passenger and cargo as well as strict deformation control demand. Combining with the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion under-passing railway hub,this paper puts forward some targeted measures,such as advanced pre-support of ramming pipe curtain,double layer composite lining,CRD method,dynamic monitoring and measurement,track reinforcement in the light of the complex engineering geological conditions such as shallow bury of tunnel with large-span,multiple tunnels with small-interval busy railway transportation,strict deformation demand and high construction risk. Engineering practice show that ground subsidence and deformation of railway track and tunnel have been successfully controlled,the safety of tunnel construction and the normal operation of the railway hub are guaranteed.
