摘  要:水轮机调速器在实际运行过程中难免会出现漏油、抽动等问题,而常规的理论分析和仿真研究很难反映其真实的运行状态。因此,针对混流式水轮机组调速器在运行中出现的接力器抽动以及压力油泵频繁启动的故障,根据调速器控制原理以及检修原则,采用理论分析的方法展开了故障处理方面的研究。根据研究结果,提出了可行的处理方案,最后对检修前后压力油泵启动的间隔时间进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:调速器在38%~45%开度段出现抽动故障,在非故障开度段仍存在漏油的故障。该结果验证了理论分析的准确性,同时检修后的间隔时间满足了运行的要求,证明了处理方法的合理性,可为同类型电站对类似事故的处理提供参考依据。Oil leakage and wiggle inevitably occur in the actual operation of hydraulic turbine governor,but the conventional theoretical analysis and simulation study can hardly reflect the real operation state. Therefore,in view of the faults of the relay axle wiggle and the frequent start-up of the pressure oil pump in the governor operation of the Francis turbine set,according to the control and maintenance principles of the governor,the fault treatment is studied by theoretical analysis and the feasible treatment plan is put forward. The interval time of pressure oil pump start-ups before and after the maintenance are compared and analyzed. The results show that the governor has a wiggle fault in 38% ~ 45% opening,and there still exists the oil leakage fault in the non-fault opening,which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical analysis. The interval time after maintenance meets the operational requirements,which proves the reasonableness of the treatment and provides a reference for the similar fault treatment of same type power stations.
