摘  要:为消除一起500kV高压并联电抗器氢气超标且快速增长的缺陷,本文通过分析电抗器油中溶解气体、含水量、含气量、击穿电压等试验结果及排查氢气来源后,判断缺陷原因为电抗器本体受潮后内部出现低能放电;在此基础上制定了有效的控制措施、检修策略,采用热油循环-快速抽真空干燥法高效恢复了高抗绝缘性能,检修中检修中通过表单执行严格控制工艺要求,及时有效地控制、消除了缺陷。最后,本文总结了如何及时发现、控制500kV高压并联电抗器氢气超标的经验及绝缘干燥的方法,并提出了有效的现场处理措施。In order to eliminate a defect of quickly generated hydrogen to a 500 k V shunt reactor,Test data of dissolved gas,water content,gas content,breakdown voltage of the transformer oil were analyzed in this paper. Research shows failure of the reactor caused by low energy discharge for the transformer oil was damp. On this basis,effective control measures,maintenance strategy were developed,defects was timely and effectively eliminated by using hot oil circulation-fast vacuum drying method. Finally this paper sums up experiences to timely detect,monitor internal faults of the high voltage shunt reactor and gives some advices for fault handling.
