摘 要:目的探讨助听后Chirp ABR与行为测听阈值的相关性。方法做出同一受试者在安静环境下的ChirpABR声场下助听听阈与行为测听听阈,分析比较其助听听阈评估结果。结果 Chirp ABR声场下助听听阈与行为测听结果比较,左耳各频率相关性系数r分别为0.870、0.866、0.944和0.849;右耳各频率相关性系数r分别为0.936、0.906、0.937和0.931,有较高的相关性;Chirp ABR阈值比行为测听阈值高9-18分贝。结论 Chirp ABR技术可以用于不能配合行为测听或行为测听结果不准确的听障儿童,获得助听听阈评估。Objective To investigate the correlation between chirp ABR and behavioral thresholds with hearing aids. Methods The same participants were subjected to both Chirp ABR and behavioral audiometry testing in a quiet sound field, and thresholds were compared between the two test modalities. Results Correlation coefficients between Chirp ABR and behavioral audiometry thresholds for the four tested frequencies were 0.87, 0.866, 0.944 and 0.849 for the left ear and 0.936, 0.906, 0.937 and 0.931 for the right ear, respectively, with ABR Chirp thresholds being higher than behavioral thresholds by 9-18 dB. Conclusion Chirp ABRs can be used to estimate aided sound-field thresholds in children who cannot cooperate in behavioral audiometry.
