摘 要:未来战争呈现多元、复杂、快速的特点,而且战场形势瞬息万变,能否快速感知战场变化,掌握敌方作战意图,生成应对作战计划,有效组织行动是决定战争胜败的关键。以空基平台为核心的战术信息系统是以预警机作为指挥中心,联合天基、岸基/海基、水下等作战兵力形成一体化的联合作战体系,有利提升体系作战能力。利用人工智能的手段自动实现"侦-控-打-评"的打击链闭环,可以有效缩短打击链响应时间。The future war is characterized by multiple, complex and rapid changes, and the battlefield situation is changing rapidly. Whether it can quickly perceive the change of the battlefield, grasp the intention of the enemy's operations, generate the combat plan and organize the action effectively is the key to determine the victory or defeat of the war. The tactical information system based on the air base platform is a command center with early-warning machine, combined with the integrated combat forces of sky base, shore base / sea base, underwater and other combat forces to improve the operational capability of the system. By means of artificial intelligence, the closed loop of the strike chain of "detection, control, beating and comment" can be automatically realized, and the response time of the chain can be shortened effectively.
