摘 要:互联网技术的发展,使高等教育资源的供给方式呈现明显的时代特征。从狭义上讲,伴生了内容快餐化、主客淡漠化、方式娱乐化、手段物役化的问题。信息技术革命打破了传统的传播方式和时空限制,教育教学体现出客体主动参与、方式灵活多样、供给消除差异的特色,在理念、机制、方法等方面提供了创新与转型的条件。基于互联网平台的高等教育资源供给侧改革,要着眼于经济发展与个体诉求,进行结构化重塑,推动信息技术与高等教育的互联、互动、互融、互助。通过供给推动实现对需求的引致,实现高等教育的高效均衡发展。With the development of internet technology,resource supply of the advanced education is clearly characterized by the times.In a narrow sense,it is also associated with problems such as snackable content,indifferent host and guest relationship,entertaining mode of teaching and materials oriented.The information technology revolution breaks traditional ways of knowledge spreading and temporal and spatial constraints.It enables the present teaching to have more active participation of the guest part,more flexible teaching approaches and less difference in resource supply,which provides basis for the innovation and transformation of teaching philosophy,system and method.Based on the internet platform,the supply-side reform of the higher education resource supply should focus on economic development and individual demands, reconstruct the structure and promote the interconnection,interaction, integration and mutual assistance between information technology and higher education.The efficient and balanced development of the higher education can be realized by promoting the supply to meet the demands.
