摘　　要：习近平扶贫开发思想是马克思主义扶贫理论与我国脱贫致富、建成小康的伟大实践工程相结合的产物,是被实践证明了的解决中国贫困问题的正确的理论原则和经验总结,是新的中央领导集体智慧的结晶。古代中国济困扶危观念是习近平扶贫开发思想孕育的肥沃土壤;马克思主义扶弱济贫理论为习近平扶贫开发思想提供了优良种子;解决贫困问题的经验得失是习近平扶贫开发思想形成发展的借鉴素材;推进扶贫工作的伟大实践是习近平扶贫开发思想丰富完善的验证平台。Xi Jinping＇s thought about poverty alleviation and development is a product of the combination of Marxist theory of poverty alleviation and China＇s great practical projects to lift off poverty and build a well-off society. It is a correct theoretical principle and experience for solving China＇s poverty problem that has been proved by practice. It is the crystallization of collective wisdom of a new central leadership. Ancient China＇s concept of helping people in distress is the fertile ground for Xi Jinping＇s poverty alleviation and development thought. Marxist theory of helping the poor provides excellent seeds for Xi Jinping＇s thought of poverty alleviation and development. The experience and success of solving poverty problem is the reference material for the development of Xi Jinping＇s poverty alleviation development thought. The great practice of advancing poverty alleviation work is a test platform for Xi Jinping＇s poverty-relief development ideas.
