摘 要:采用有限元方法建立了铜阳极模压铸过程温度场的数值模型,模拟分析了铜阳极模不同阶段的温度分布规律。模拟结果表明:在压板冷却过程中,温度的分布很不均匀,阳极模左侧温度最低、下端部位温度较高、上端部位温度最高,阳极模最高温度随着时间的增加快速降低,降幅将近70℃。最低温度随着时间的增加先急剧降低,随后降幅减缓,降幅将近100℃。最大温差随着时间的增加先急剧增加,随后增速减缓,由初始的0℃增加至360 s的约30℃。在空冷过程的初期0~450s,阳极模的温度分布与压板冷却阶段类似;在空冷过程的450~1200 s,阳极模的温度分布情况是:阳极模外轮廓温度较低,外表面相交的部位温降最快,温度最低,温度最高的部位为阳极模的内表面中心区;阳极模最高温度随着时间的增加快速降低,降幅将近168℃。最低温度随着时间的增加急剧降低,降幅将近185℃。最大温差随着时间的增加先降低,随后急剧增加,由初始的28℃增加至1 200 s的约44℃。The process temperature field numerical modeling of copper anode die-casting is established by finite element method; the temperature distribution rule of copper anode mould in the different stage is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show: the distribution of temperature is very uneven during the plate cooling process,the left side of anode mould is the lowest,the temperature of lower part is high,and the temperature of the upper side is the highest,the maximum temperature of the anode mould is decreased fast along with the time increasing,the decreasing amplitude is close to 70℃. The minimum temperature is decreased fast along with the time increasing,and then the decreasing amplitude gets slow down,the decreasing amplitude is close to 100℃. The maximum temperature difference is increasing fast along with the time increasing,and then it will slow down,it shall increase from 0℃ in initial time to about 30℃ in 360 s.The temperature distribution of anode die is similar to the temperature of plate cooling stage during the initial 0 ~ 450 s of air cooling process;the temperature distribution situation of anode mould in the 450 ~ 1200 s of air cooling process is: the temperature of outer contour of anode mould is lower,the temperature drop of the intersection of outside surface is the fastest,the temperature is the lowest one,the highest temperature part is the central part of the internal surface of anode mould; the maximum temperature of anode mould shall be decreased fast along with the time increasing,the decreasing amplitude is close to 168℃. The minimum temperature is decreased fast along with the time increasing,and then the decreasing amplitude gets slow down,the decreasing amplitude is close to 185℃. The maximum temperature difference is decreased firstly along with the time increasing,and then it will increase quickly,it shall increase from 28℃ in initial time to about44℃ in 1200 s.
