摘  要:以焦硫酸钾、氟化钠、三氧化二铝、碘化钾和碳粉作为缓冲剂,锗作内标元素,用1米平面光栅交流电弧发射光谱仪测定地质样品中的微量元素银、锡、硼。方法检出限为:银0.012μg/g、锡0.18μg/g、硼0.95μg/g。测定范围:银0.03~10μg/g、锡0.28~100μg/g、硼1.5~1 000μg/g。用GBW水系沉积物、土壤、岩石国家Ⅰ级标准物质进行验证,各元素11次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%,测定值与标准值的△lgc均小于0.10,符合多目标地球化学填图的分析要求。The trace amount silver,tin,boron in geological sample was determinated by one meter plane grating AC arc emission spectrography,which taking potassium pyrosulfate,sodium fluoride,aluminum oxide,potassium iodide and carbon powder as the buffer agent,the germanium acted as the internal standard element. The method detection limits are: silver 0. 012μg/g,tin 0. 18μg/g,boron0. 95μg/g. The measuring ranges are: silver 0. 03 ~ 10μg/g,tin 0. 28 ~ 100μg/g,boron 1. 5 ~ 1000μg/g. The National Primary Standard Materials that GBW stream sediments,soil,rock is applied for validation,the relative standard deviation( RSD) of eleven times determination of each element was less than 10%, △lgc of determination value and standard value was less than 0. 10,which can meet the analysis requirements of multi-target geochemical charting.
