摘 要:论述了420k A铝电解槽阴极方钢棒在强磁场环境中窄缝焊接技术的探索与应用,通过对窄缝焊接质量的力学试验、超声波检测和切片分析[3][4],及对比试验槽与周围槽炉底压降,槽平均工作电压,电流效率,直流电耗电解工艺[5]数据统计分析,窄缝焊接试验槽炉底压降有明显降低,槽平均工作电压,交流电单耗也有所下降,表明窄缝焊接起到了很好的节能降耗效果,有着很好的推广应用前景。The exploration and application on welding technology of narrow slit of cathode steel bar in 420 k A aluminum electrolysis cell under the strong magnetic filed environment is discussed; the bottom pressure drop of narrow slit welding test cell has the obviously decreased,the average cell working voltage,unit AC power consumption still decreased through the mechanical test for welding quality of narrow slit,ultrasonic testing and cross-sectioning[3][4],and the comparison of bottom pressure drop between test cell and the surrounding cell,the average working voltage of cell,the current efficiency,the data statistical analysis of the electrolytic parameters of DC power consumption; the results show narrow slit welding has good energy-saving and cost-reducing effect,which has the good popularization and application prospects.
