摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)渐进加剧且缠绵难愈,是全球青壮年人群致盲的首要原因。随着病程的发展,糖尿病(diabetes mellitius,DM)患者都会出现程度不同的DR。如果未能及早预防和干预,一旦视力明显下降,DR将难以逆转。DR发展形势渐进加重,治疗现状不容乐观,故DR在早期防治方面将不可或缺。因此本文综述了预警DR发生发展的一些生物学标志物和特征性指标,以期为DR的早期预防提供依据。Diabetic Retinopathy （ DR） has gradually worseningand lingering, which is the leading cause of global youngpeople blindness. With the progression of the disease,patients with diabetes mellitus （DM） will have differentdegrees of DR. If you can not prevent and give acuteearly intervention, once the visual acuity decreasedsignificantly, DR would be difficult to reverse. DRprogressively has worsening, the treatment status has nooptimistic. Therefore, DR in the early prevention andtreatment will be indispensable. This article summarizessome of the early warning of the occurrence anddevelopment of biological markers and characteristic indicators in order to provide a basis for the earlyprevention of DR.
