摘　　要：目前,多数有色企业用以马达保护器为基础元件的智能MCC柜来完成对用电设备的控制和保护。其中,大多没有形成系统性的低压配电及信息处理解决方案,也没有充分地运用网络通讯手段来实现对设备的控制以及数据的采集分析。因此,通过设计一种全网络结构的低压配电系统解决方案,可实现数据采集的全面性和处理的及时性,同时提高设备运行的可靠性,提高生产效率,达到节约铜资源,降低劳动强度的目的。The intelligent MCC cabinets, with motor protector as basic components, are used for the control and protection of the electrical equipment, most of which have not obtained a systematic solution of low voltage distribution and information processing.Meanwhile, the equipment control, data acquisition and analysis also have not been realized by using the way of network communication. This paper introduces a solution of distribution system with full network structure, which can effectively achieve the timeliness and comprehensiveness of data acquisition and processing, improve the reliability of equipment operation, increase production efficiency, save copper resources and reduce labor intensity.
