摘  要:以智能电力调度集成系统平台为基础,结合企业的生产需求和电网调度运行要求,研究适用于冶金企业的电网综合运行驾驶舱的总体架构和实现方式,并从安全、优质、经济、环保4个维度构建指标体系;结合知识自动化的数据驱动理念,建立运行KPI引擎、决策分析引擎、运行操作引擎3大驱动引擎,将数据、计算、优化、流程有机结合起来,实现"前端监控"与"后端优化"的实时互动,有效提升电网调度运行的安全性。Taking a integrated system platform with intelligent power dispatch as a basis, and combining the production demand of the enterprise and requirement of power grid dispatch operation, the paper makes a study of the overall structure and realization mode of the integrated power grid operating cockpit in metallurgical enterprises, and creates the index system from four aspects of security, quality, economy and environmental protection. According to the concept of data driven on intellectual automation, the three driving engines are established and put into operation, including KPI engine, decision analysis engine and operation engine. Real time interaction between "front-end monitoring" and "back-end optimization" can be achieved by the integration of data, calculation,optimization and flow process, by which the security of power grid dispatch and operation will be effectively improved.
