摘 要:为了研究转子系统动力变态相似性问题和转子系统变态试验模型的设计方法,归纳总结了变态相似理论,借助方程推导了转子系统变态模型与原型的相似准则,深入分析了其动力学相似关系。基于有限元法和遗传算法结合的数学模型,建立了转子系统模型优化设计算法,并对实际发动机燃气发生器和动力涡轮转子系统进行了动力学相似设计。经过计算,所设计的变态相似试验模型与原型满足动力学相似,可用此变态模型来分析原型的动力特性。研究结果表明:提出的转子系统变态模型优化设计方法切实可行,对转子系统试验模型的变态相似设计具有指导意义。In order to study the abnormal similarity of rotor system and the design method of rotor system abnormal test model,the abnormal similarity theory was summarized; the similarity criterion between the abnormal model and the original rotor system was deduced based on equation analytical method; the dynamic similarity relation was discussed as well. The optimization design algorithm of rotor system model was constructed based on the mathematical model of finite element and genetic algorithm; the dynamic similarity design of the actual engine gas generator and the power turbine was carried out. The computation result turned out that the designed model and the original rotor satisfy the dynamic similarity criteria; therefore the abnormal similar model can be used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the original rotor system. The optimization design method of rotor system abnormal model proposed in this study is feasible and effective,and it may serve as reference for the abnormal similar design of the rotor system test model.
