摘 要:运用CFD/IR的数值方法,对一系列具有不同通气猫耳的直升机红外抑制器进行红外辐射特性分析,得到了冷却气流流量、猫耳排列方式、猫耳高度和猫耳宽高比对抑制器红外辐射特性的影响。计算结果表明:总体红外辐射随着冷却气流质量流量的增加而降低;混合管壁面上的猫耳在7×4的排列方式下,抑制器总体辐射强度最低;随着猫耳高度的增加,红外辐射强度先减后增,猫耳高度20 mm时的抑制器辐射强度最低;随着猫耳宽高比的增加,抑制器总体辐射强度降低。Combined with computational fluid dynamics simulation and infrared radiation calculation,the infrared radiation characteristics of a series of helicopter infrared suppressor with different louver were studied. The influence of cooling flowrates,arrangements of louver,heights of the louvers and aspect ratios of louver on the infrared radiation characteristics of the suppressor was obtained. The result shows that,the total infrared radiation decreases as the cooling flowrate increases. The total infrared radiation of suppressor is lowest when the louvers under the arrangement of 7 × 4. With the increase of the height of the louvers, the infrared radiation intensity is firstly decreased then increased,the infrared radiation intensity is lowest when the height is 20 mm. With the increase of the aspect ratios of the louvers,the infrared radiation intensity is decreased.
