摘 要:目的:评价九香虫提取物的抗疲劳和补肾壮阳活性.方法:以九香虫水提取物低、高剂量组(1.4,7.0 g·kg^(-1))小鼠灌胃给药15 d后,测定了小鼠的力竭游泳时间、血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量等.皮下注射氢化可的松建立了小鼠的肾阳虚模型,九香虫提取物低、高剂量组连续灌胃30 d,检测了小鼠胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺、睾丸、精囊腺等脏器系数,以及交配能力(捕捉潜伏期、捕捉率、交配潜伏期、交配率等).结果:九香虫提取物高剂量组能显著降低小鼠血清乳酸和尿素含量,延长力竭游泳时间,具有明显的抗疲劳作用.高剂量组还能显著增加肾阳虚小鼠的免疫器官、睾丸和附性器官的脏器系数,提高交配能力,具有明显的补肾壮阳作用.结论:九香虫提取物具有明显的抗疲劳和补肾壮阳作用.Objective: To evaluate the anti-fatigue and aphrodisiac activities of the extract from Aspongopus chinensis.Method: After low and high doses of extracts of Aspongopus chinensis( 1.4,7.0 g·kg^-1) were intragastrically administered for 15 days,the loaded swimming time,serum urea nitrogen and lactic acid were measured. Kidney Yang deficiency mice model was established by subcutaneous administration of hydrocortisone. The viscera coefficients of thymus,spleen,adrenal gland,testis,seminal vesicle,and the mating ability( capture latency,capture rate,mating latency,mating rate) were measured after the two groups of mice were treated by gavage for 30 consecutive days. Result: High dose group showed significant anti-fatigue activity,as evidenced by the decrease of the content of serum lactic acid and urea,and the increase of the loaded swimming time. In addition,the high dose group also showed significant aphrodisiac activity by increasing the viscera coefficient of the immune organs,testicles and accessory sex organs of Yang deficiency mice,and improving the mating ability. Conclusion: The extracts of Aspongopus chinensis had apparent anti-fatigue and aphrodisiac effect.
