摘  要:作为一种新兴的带电检测技术,特高频检测技术正得到大力推广,尤其对现场GIS设备中的某些放电类型效果显著。依据特高频局放检测原理,对现场发现的一例GIS局放异常信号进行精确的定位,并对异常信号进行跟踪监测,观察信号的发展变化趋势,同时利用超声波局放检测、信号频谱分析等手段综合分析验证,通过对气室内部的SF6气体进行分析判断放电发展的情况,最终确定为220 k V正母压变C相气室绝缘盆子内部存在较大的放电缺陷,依据本次检测过程及分析,提出了合理的结论及建议,对缺陷的及时发现处理具有重要的指导意义。As a new on-line detection technology,UHF detection technology is being promoted,which is especially effective for certain discharge types of GIS equipment at the scene. Based on UHF PD detection principle,an abnormal signal found at the scene is accurately positioned,and the abnormal signal iscontinuously monitored,to observe the trend of the development of the signal. In the meantime,a variety of testing methods such as AE detection technology and spectrum analysis is taken to make a comprehensive analysis,the analysis of SF6 gas is also done to make a judgment of the discharge development situation.Finally,air gap discharge is confirmed in the basin-type insulator of phase C voltage transformer gas chamber on the 220 k V positive bus-bar. On the basis of the testing process and analysis,the reasonable conclusions and suggestions are put forward,which are significant to find the defects timely.
