摘  要:酒湖±800 k V特高压直流投运后,要求受端湖南电网500 k V变电站200 ms内快速切除死区失灵故障。本文分析了现有500 k V变电站死区失灵保护现状,阐述了在现有变电站加装500 k V光CT和不加装光CT两种死区失灵加速保护解决方案的优缺点,重点论述了死区及失灵加速保护的判别逻辑,并对影响加速动作的关键因素(分闸和熄弧时间及各环节延时)进行了探讨,对死区失灵保护误动风险进行了分析并提出了控制措施。介绍了沙坪变死区失灵加速保护的优化实施方案,经现场测试结果证明通过该方案可在200 ms内切除故障。After the Jiuhu ± 800 k V UHVDC puts into operation,500 k V substation of Hunan power grid is required to quickly cut off the dead-zone failure within 200 ms. This paper analyzes the status of the existing dead-zone failure protection in 500 k V substation,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the two solutions of 500 k V optical CT and no optical CT dead-zone failure protection in existing substation,focuses on the discriminant logic of dead-zone and failure accelerating protection,discusses the key factors that affect the acceleration action( opening and arcing time and the delay of each link),puts forward the risk control measures of failure protection,and introduces the optimization scheme of accelerating the protection of dead zone in Shaping. Field tests proves that the failure could be removed within 200 ms.
