摘　　要：针对30Cr2Ni4MoV低压转子调质后冲击功不合格的问题,利用扫描电镜等检测手段对冲击断口进行了检测,结合低压转子生产过程,确定了冲击功不合格的原因。In view of the failure of the impact energy of 30Cr2Ni4MoV low-pressure rotor after quenching and tem- pering, the impact fracture was detected by means of scanning electron microscope and other tests. Combined with the production process of low-pressure rotor, the reason for the failure of impact energy was detemlined.
