摘 要:随着IMS技术在电力通信专网中的逐步应用,无论核心网设备、接入侧设备的复杂性还是其相互耦合性都日趋复杂,以往针对单侧设备的故障诊断已经无法满足需求,要从整个IMS业务层面,对设备的运行状态进行实时监控,论文提出了一种基于故障树和知识库的IMS业务故障诊断方法。该方法提出了针对IMS业务特点的故障树构建方法,通过最小割集的计算及其重要度分析,得出故障诊断流程;并结合故障处理知识库,实现故障树规则库的更新完善,对当前故障给出具体处理建议。算例分析及实践均表明,该方法能够准确有效地定位故障,使运维人员及时发现并处理,从而提升电力通信网可靠性及通信运维管理水平。With the gradual application of IMS technology in power communication network,regardless of the complexity ofthe core network equipment and access side devices or the mutual coupling is becoming more and more complex. Fault diagnosis ac-cording to a single device in the past has been unable to meet the demand,so real time monitoring of the running state of the equip-ment from the entire IMS business level is necessary,and this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method of the IMS service based onfault tree and knowledge base. The construction method of fault tree is put forward based on the characteristics of IMS service,andthe process of fault diagnosis and treatment is obtained based on calculation of the minimum cut sets and the analysis of important de-gree of them. Combining with the fault knowledge base,fault tree implementation rules will be updated and the current fault will begiven specific suggestion. The simulation results and the practical application results show that the method can locate the fault accu-rately and effectively,make the operation and maintenance personnel find and deal with it in time,so as to improve the reliability ofthe power communication network and the management level of communication operation and maintenance.
