摘　　要：会计核算是系统方法,主要用来分配企业的财务还有人力资源等,用来统筹安排企业的战略部署,目标确立,通过核算对战略的进度进行监控,利于控制开支。所以会计核算得到了重视,论文利用J2EE的准确,高效等特点搭建系统平台,利用原始数据以及三元核算算法,计算影响核算因素的权重来建立合理模型,通过最后的实例分析,可以得出本系统具有准确性,高效性。因此有很强的实际意义,可以为企业的决策带来益处。Accounting is a systematic approach,which is mainly used to allocate corporate finance and human resources,etc.,and its also used to co-ordinate the strategic arrangements for the enterprise,the goal is established,through the accounting ofthe progress of the strategy to monitor,conducive to control costs. So the accounting has been paid attention to,this paper usesJ2 EE accurate and efficient features to build the system platform,the raw data and ternary accounting algorithm are used,the im-pact of accounting factors is calculated to establish a reasonable model,through the final case analysis,The system has the accura-cy and efficiency. So there is a strong practical significance,and it can bring benefits for the decision-making business.
