摘  要:介绍了一种基于Nios Ⅱ的全自动板卡测试系统的设计和实现过程。该系统基于Altera公司的EP3C40F780C8型FPGA进行设计,由于Nios Ⅱ的软核和外设具有可定制,性能可配置等优点,使用Nios Ⅱ的C语言至硬件(C2H)加速器,系统可以达到实时的应用要求,因此采用Nios Ⅱ软核处理器作为测试系统的核心。系统功能包括被测板卡供电电压电流的监测,被测板卡各功能输入状态的模拟和输出状态的测试。采用FTDI公司的USB接口芯片FT2232H与上位机进行通信,在上位机实现测试模式的选择,测试指令的下发和报表的生成。This paper introduces the design and implementation of a fully automated board test system based on Nios Ⅱ. Thedesign of this system is based on Altera's EP3 C40 F780 C8 FPGA,as the Nios Ⅱ soft-core and peripherals with customizable,perfor-mance can be configured and so on. The Nios Ⅱ C language is used to hardware(C2 H)accelerator. The system can meet the re-al-time application requirements. So Nios Ⅱ soft-core processor is used as the core of the test system. System functions include thesupply voltage and current monitoring of the measured board,and the functional input status of the simulation and output status. FT-DI's USB interface chip FT2232 H is used to communicate with the host computer. The choice of test mode,test instructions issuedand the report generation are achieved on the hose computer.
