摘　　要：城市引导标识系统的规划设计目前尚没有一套科学完善的具体研究方法。针对该系统的特点,采用QFD(质量机能展开)设计法,对其质量屋技术进行了适当修正,探索出一套行之有效的量化开发方法;并针对太原市城市引导标识系统的规划思路,使用QFD(质量机能展开)设计法对系统中的顾客需求进行机能展开,在顾客需求与技术要求之间建立了响应与量度关系,验证了其可行性。For the systematic plan and design of sign orientation system of urban environment,a scientific method must be developed. In accordance with the system properties and based on Quality Function Development,the paper explores a effective development method. After analysis of the sign orientation system of Taiyuan city,the method is used to verify its validity,and the relationship matrix about client requirement and technology demand is created.
