摘 要:目的挖掘近十年定量MRI技术领域文献外延信息,探索该领域的研究现状和发展趋势。资料与方法以Medline为数据源,检索2007-2016年定量MRI技术研究领域文献;以TDA软件洗脱数据,对发文年代、地区、发文趋势及核心期刊群、作者群和热点主题词分布等进行分析,对热点主题词作聚类和相关分析。结果定量MRI技术研究发文量总计3594篇,分布于812种期刊,其中7种为核心期刊,占总期刊量的0.86%,其发文量占35.80%,集中势态良好。美国、英国、德国发文量占总文献量的67.39%,是全球范围内核心力量区。我国有8家机构发文量10篇以上,提示我国在该领域有着研究实力较强的团队,其分布集中在华东、华南地区。该领域发文量较多作者3名,低于洛特卡定律的50%。扩散加权成像是定量MRI技术研究的重要方向。结论开展探索性临床应用研究,关注该领域研究原创性,对提高该领域的研究水平意义重大。Purpose To explore the research status and development trend of quantitative MRI field by investigating the extensional literature information in recent ten years. Materials and Methods Articles of quantitative MRI technique in Medline database from 2007 to 2016 were searched, and the data was processed by TDA software. The publishing time, publishing area, publishing trend, the distribution of core periodicals, authors and hot topics, etc., were analyzed. Clustering and correlation analysis of hot topics was conducted. Results There were a total of 3594 articles about quantitative MRI, distributed in 812 journals. Among the 812 journals, there were 7 core journals, accounting for 0.86% of the total amount of journals. However, articles published on these journals accounted for 35.80%, in a good centralized situation. Articles published by researchers from USA, UK and Germany accounted for 67.39%, forming the worldwide core part. In China, there were 8 institutions that had delivered more than 10 papers, mainly in East China and South China, indicating that there were several substantial teams in the field of Quantitative MRI in China. There were 3 prolific authors in this field, less than 50% of Lotka's law. Diffusion-weighted imaging was an important research direction in quantitative MRI. Conclusion Carrying out exploratory clinical application research and paying attention to the research originality is of great significance to improve the research level in this field.
