摘 要:液体冷媒除霜系统具有在除霜期间制冷过程连续,库温波动小,无需附加能耗的优势。为了探究冷媒除霜系统除霜时各试验设备的运行性能,分别对压缩机的功率、储液器供液和回气的温度和压力、双联冷风机的供液和回气的温度和压力以及库温进行了测试。试验结果发现:在除霜时,压缩机的功率从1772 W下降到691 W,下降了61%,功率变化大;除霜冷风机供液与回气温差从7.0℃上升至17.9℃,制冷冷风机供液与回气温差从10.8℃上升至12.7℃,过冷度增大,回气过热度也在增大,流量在不断减小;冷风机不延时开启时,库温的最大波动值为9.3℃。为此提出了一系列改进意见,为系统的进一步优化研究提供了重要依据。The liquid refrigerant defrosting system has the advantages of continuous refrigeration process during the defrosting period,small temperature fluctuation of the cold storage and no additional energy consumption. In order to investigate the running performance of each experimental equipment in the defrosting process,many parameters,such as the compressor power,the temperature and pressure of the liquid supply and gas return of the liquid reservoir,the temperature and pressure of the liquid supply and gas return of the duplex air cooler and the cold storage temperature were measured. The results show that the compressor power decreased from 1772 W to 691 W,a decrease of 61%,and the power change was big,during the defrosting,the temperature difference between the liquid supply and the gas return of the defrosting air cooler rose from 7.0 ℃ to 17.9 ℃,the temperature difference between the liquid supply and the gas return of the refrigeration air cooler rose from 10.8 ℃ to 12.7 ℃,the supercooling increased,the gas return superheat increased and the flow rate decreased continuously. When the air cooler was started without delay,the maximum fluctuation value of the cold storage temperature was 9.3 ℃. Therefore,a series of improvement suggestions were proposed,which provides the important basis for the further optimization research of the system.
