摘  要:目的:研究大黄结合蒽醌的提取工艺,为大黄制剂发展提供参考。方法:以结合蒽醌转移率和游离型与结合型蒽醌比例为指标,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对醇浓度、溶剂体积、是否浸泡及提取时间几个因素进行考查。结果:大黄结合蒽醌的最佳提取工艺为大黄饮片加入10倍量的水,加热回流提取3次,每次0.5 h,结合蒽醌转移率可达37%,游离蒽醌与结合蒽醌的比例为1∶21。结论:试验筛选出一种大黄结合蒽醌最佳的提取条件。Objective: To optimize extraction process for combined anthraquinone from rhubarb,providing a support for the development of rhubarb preparations. Methods: Based on the combined anthraquinone transfer rate and the ratio of free and combined anthraquinones determined by HPLC,the factors such as alcohol concentration,solvent volume,immersion time and extraction time were investigated. Results: Rhubarb was extracted three times with 10 times amount of water under 0. 5 h reflux. The combined anthraquinone transfer rate was up to 37%,and the ratio of the free to the combined anthraquinone was 1∶ 21. Conclusions:The optimized extraction conditions for combined anthraquinone from rhubarb is experimentally attained.
