摘  要:目的:研究复方红景天片的耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。方法:采用常压耐缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验及急性脑缺血性缺氧实验,观察复方红景天片的耐缺氧作用;采用小鼠力竭游泳时间,游泳后血尿素氮及乳酸、MDA及SOD增量,肌糖原及肝糖原含量为指标,观察复方红景天片的抗疲劳作用。结果:复方红景天片明显延长小鼠密闭缺氧条件下、亚硝酸钠中毒后的存活时间以及急性脑缺血性缺氧时小鼠的张口喘气时间。复方红景天片有效延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,降低运动后血清尿素氮、乳酸增量及MDA的产生,显著增加小鼠肝糖原及肌糖原储备。结论:一定剂量的复方红景天片对小鼠有明显的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用。Objective: To study the anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects of Compound Hongjingtian Tablet(CHT). Methods:The hypoxia tolerance experiment,survival experiment of sodium nitrite poisoning and acute cerebral ischemia hypoxia experiment were carried out to explore the anti-anoxia ability. The mice exhaustive swimming time,serum urea,lactic acid,MAD,SOD,muscle glycogen and liver glycogen were assayed to evaluate the anti-fatigue ability. Results: CHT significantly prolonged the mice survival time under close hypoxia condition,in the survival experiment of sodium nitrite poisoning and in acute cerebral ischemia hypoxia experiment,respectively. CHT obviously extended the swimming time in mice and reduced the increment of serum urea and blood lactic acid after exercise,while decreasing the MDA content in muscle and increasing the content of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen. Conclusion: CHT has a good anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue bioactivity.
