摘  要:黄芪经沸水浴提取、用Sevag法去蛋白纯化、经50%乙醇多糖分级、离心,得沉淀即H_1,浓缩上清液,沉淀即H_2;对H_1进行化学修饰得甲基化多糖;用DPPH·法对三种多糖进行抗氧化性测试,三种多糖抗自由基能力:H_2>甲基化多糖>H_1。它们对自由基的清除作用与其浓度呈正相关性。用水煮醇沉法提取多糖,并进行分级和化学修饰,来研究它们对自由基的清除作用,为更好地研究黄芪药用机理,扩大黄芪资源综合利用提供依据。Radix Astragali was extracted by boiling water bath and purified by Sevag method. After 50% ethanolic polysaccharides were fractionated and centrifuged,the supernatant was precipitated as H1 and precipitated as H2. The methylated polysaccharides was obtained by chemical modification of H1. Antioxidant activity of polysaccharides,anti-free radical capacity of three polysaccharides were as follows: H2 methylated polysaccharides H1. Effect of free radical scavenging and its concentration was positively correlated. The polysaccharides were extracted by water-alcohol-precipitation method,and their scavenging effects on free radicals were studied by grading and chemical modification to provide the basis for further study on the medicinal mechanism of Radix Astragali and the comprehensive utilization of Radix Astragali.
