摘　　要：针对干煤粉气化炉在运行过程中暴露出的问题,在成功应用德士古水煤浆加压气化工艺和西门子干煤粉加压气化工艺的基础上,开发了神宁炉干煤粉加压气化技术。概述了神宁炉气化装置的技术特点及主要工艺流程,总结了神宁炉气化装置试车过程中的重要数据、存在的问题及其解决措施。试车结果表明,神宁炉气化技术的各项参数均达到了干煤粉气化技术的先进水平。In connection with the problems exposed during the operation of the dry pulverized coal gasifier, the SNG dry pulverized coal gasification technology was developed based on the successful application of the Texaco coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process and the Siemens dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification process. The technical characteristics and main process flow of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification unit are introduced. The important data, existing problems and their solutions in the commissioning process of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification unit are summarized. The commissioning resuhs show that all parameters of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification technology have reached the advanced level of dry pulverized coal gasification technology.
