摘　　要：QDB-04(S)预硫化型耐硫变换催化剂是一种无需在工业装置中进行硫化处理,可直接使用的新型耐硫变换催化剂。通过在煤制油项目上的工业应用,结果表明QDB-04(S)预硫化型耐硫变换催化剂具有低温活性好、起活温度低、催化剂床层温度容易控制等优点;预硫化催化剂直接升温至合适的温度就可接气,缩短了变换系统的开工时间,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。The QDB-04 （S） presulfurization sulfur tolerant shift catalyst is a new type of sulfur tolerant shift catalyst, which can be used directly in industrial equipment without the need of sulfidizing. Through the industrial application on the coal-based synthetic oil project, the results show that the QDB- 04（S） presulfurization sulfur tolerant shift catalyst has the advantages of good low temperature activity and easy control of the temperature of the catalyst bed. The raw gas can be introduced into the shift system after the presulfurization catalyst is directly heated up to the appropriate temperature, which shortens the start-up time of the shift system and has good economic and environmental benefits.
