摘 要:煤自燃是一个复杂氧化过程,要经历不同的氧化阶段,且同一煤矿不同煤层煤样具有不同的自燃氧化特性,故应建立相应的预测指标体系。从开滦集团东欢坨矿5煤层、7煤层、8煤层、9煤层、11煤层和12煤层采集煤样,利用程序升温-气相色谱联用实验,分析了各煤样自燃氧化过程中各指标气体随温度的变化规律,依据升温氧化实验数据,将煤自燃过程划分为初期氧化、缓慢自热、临界加速和热解裂变4个阶段,优选出各煤层煤自燃不同阶段适用的预测指标。结合各自燃阶段的温度范围得出了预测指标的对应范围,并运用灰色关联分析法确定了各煤层煤自燃不同阶段指标预报优先级,最终建立了东欢坨矿各煤层煤自燃预测预报多参数指标综合体系且设计了全矿井煤自燃预报指示方案。该体系及方案的设立提高了东欢坨矿煤自燃预测预报结果的准确性,同时可为其他煤矿防灭火工作提供一定的理论指导和方法参考。The coal spontaneous combustion is a complex oxidation process,going through different stages of oxidation,and has different spontaneous combustion oxidation characteristics in different coal seams of the same coal mine,so different prediction and forecast system should be adopted. In order to analyze the oxidation stages of coal spontaneous combustion,and establish a comprehensive multi-parameter index system for the prediction and forecast of spontaneous combustion in all the coal seams of the whole mine,the coal samples were collected from No. 5,7,8,9,11 and 12 coal seam in Donghuantuo mine of Kailuan Group,and the change laws of each index gas with temperature in the process of spontaneous combustion oxidation of coal samples were analyzed by using the temperature programmed-gas chromatography combined experiment. The results showed that the priority of spontaneous combustion oxidation of coal in each coal seam of Donghuantuo mine was No. 8,9,12,11,5 and 7 coal seam from large to small. The generation sequences of the index gases in the spontaneous combustion process of each coal sample were basically identical,and the spontaneous combustion process of coal was divided into four stages: initial oxidation stage,slow autothermal stage,critical acceleration stage,and pyrolysis fission stage. The prediction indexes being suitable for different stages of coal spontaneous combustion in each coal seam of Donghuantuo mine were determined according to the experimental data of heating and oxidation,and the corresponding ranges of prediction indexes were obtained based on the temperature ranges in different stages of coal spontaneous combustion in each coal seam. A comprehen-sive multi-parameter index system for the prediction and forecast of coal spontaneous combustion in each coal seam of Donghuantuo mine was established,and the forecast priorities of indexes for different stages of coal spontaneous combustion in each coal seam were determined by using the grey relational analysis method.
