摘 要:为预防控制地铁拥挤踩踏事故的发生,以人员信息跟踪、人群密度监测、应急疏散及广播信息为子系统,构建旨在智能疏散的地铁拥挤踩踏事故应急联动系统。对地铁站内安全实际情况进行实时监测、记录、计算、分析;引入层次关联系数法对地铁的无预警状态、人工预警管理状态、智能预警管理状态进行系统评估,并对地铁拥挤踩踏事故应急联动系统有效性进行评价。结果表明:地铁拥挤踩踏事故应急联动系统,在地铁拥挤踩踏事故预防和应急管理方面,相较无预警状态和人工预警管理状态更为可行可靠,可为下一步应急联动系统的研发提供技术支持。In order to prevent and control the occurrence of crowded stampede accidents in the subway,an emergency linkage system of crowded stampede accident in the subway aiming at the intelligent evacuation was constructed with the personnel information tracking,crowd density monitoring,emergency evacuation and broadcasting information as the subsystems. The real-time monitoring,recording,calculating and analyzing of the actual safety situation in the subway station were carried out,and the hierarchical correlation coefficient method was introduced to systematically assess the status of without warning,the status of artificial warning management and the status of intelligent warning management in the subway,then the effectiveness of the system was evaluated. The results showed that the emergency linkage system of crowded stampede accident in the subway was more feasible and reliable in the prevention and emergency management of crowded stampede accident in the subway compared with the status of without warning and the status of artificial warning management,and it can provide the technical support for the further research and development of emergency linkage systems.
